Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
Typically we do not accept returns after purchase. A return without prior approved return acceptance and or RA# is not our responsibility. If you feel an item received was not as described while making the purchase it may be returned within 15 days of first being delivered to you at the buyers expense. We do attempt to be specific in regards to our listings. Once an item is received by us and is in the same condition it was sold to you in (unless damaged in transit), we will issue a refund minus any transportation fees incurred if any on the order.
If an item was damaged in transit you can return the item within the 15 day delivery window. We do understand things happen and are happy to help. We will not be required to reship the same item as some items we offer may only have 1 available at the time of sale. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if the above return policy is not followed. If you feel you have a unique situation please let us know and we will do our best to help.
